Overlay welding and mechanical processing
The restoration of the original dimensions of bearing fits and pin bearing points is achieved by machine build-up welding using MAG welding processes in the bores.
The mechanical machining of the bores with high-quality cutting tools following the welding guarantees an exact alignment and compliance with the necessary fit tolerances.

The advantages of this repair method are obvious. Original-size spare parts can still be used and the material is not weakened by eliminating additional bushings or oversized bearings.
